The goal of the project is to raise awareness among young people about the benefits of healthy eating during sports activities.

Physical activity and a healthy diet at the same time keep humanity healthy and in good physical condition and prolong the life of all people. During the joint week-long meeting of Czech and Polish acrobatic rock and roll athletes, training, integration and visits to interesting places for project participants are planned. There will also be courses of nutritional counseling in sports, there will be an exchange of experience of athletes and coaches on eating in sports and the specifics of eating in Poland and the Czech Republic will be jointly named. At the end of the meeting, a sports and cultural program prepared by the project participants themselves for the public is planned.
Tastings of healthy nutrition in the project were provided by MIXIT.
